Created by Nick Simpson’s alter-ego Prof’ Bergenstrauser, Victorian/Edwardian romantic, inventor and steampunk engineer. The cups are made of sycamore and the eggs cherry. Only the straight pipes and elbows are metal.

Segmented bowl turned from over 2000 pieces of maple, wenge, purple heart, yellow heart, osage orange and bloodwood. 22cm diameter by 8cm high.

Eucalypt burr and resin bowl turned by Tony_A
Turned from a old, dry and deeply cracked eucalypt burl. I chose to stabilise it with black pigmented resin prior to turning. Bowl is 170 by 90, finished with poly, rubbed with 0000 then waxed
