Sycamore resin and aluminium platter

A commissioned piece I made a couple of years ago for an aluminium extruder

650 mm diameter x 90 mm deep.

I like the idea of using the cross section of the ali extrusions in the rim the blue is just the right colour to show it off.

This is a very accomplished piece, I think you have done very well to get the finish without scratching the infill (which is just the right colour). Well done , a piece to be proud of.

Excellent and beautiful. And quite big, too, which was probably needed to create the space for all the profile offcuts.
