I've got a lovely bunch of onions I just made these for a bit of fun

These I can see a market for in many places - good idea.
I made a load of these for the last Christmas fair I done in 2010 and sold the lot in just a few hours they do sell very well

That's a very nice string of Onions, bit short of a dozen, Wife's gone off with a few...   ;D

What are they like with a bit of bread n chesse, how well do they pickle ...    :-[ ...

They pickle well with a few mushrooms as long as you don't fill the jar up with onions mind you I would have to take me teeth out and suck em LOL  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I never thought to ask earlier, what do you use to create the platted (would be dried leaf) effect please.
