ash pierced bowl.

 complete but for the Danish oil finish. It has one coat and needs about another 4 to finish.it is 6x2 in size. It took about 8 hrs to complete up till now. All comments welcome.

Looks good to me. Not something I have really done (yet) but the little I have tried gives me some appreciation of the work involved.

Lots of hard work here to achieve the finished piece.

A little worried that Ash being an open grained wood, the couple of short grain areas where the spokes join the centre hub will be liable to damage.
Oh Lord, Lead me not into temptation…
