me again, got just about 17" deep into the vase/hollowform now, used a large pear/heart shaped scaper tip that I modified some time ago so it would cut quicker,I`ll have to take a pic so you can se what/how I mean, will have to thin the walls a bit tomorrow,if it hasn`t warped to much, its amazing how much efffert is needed to control a tool at that depth, quite tiring,so another pic, hope its the best we`ll see, cheers,Eric,

PS,put two on,couldn`t decide which was best.

last pics I promise haha,I`ve got to do a fair bit of sanding on the inside and some finnish sanding on the outside and base, also see if the base has gone bang overnight, fingers crossed, its 19 1/2 ins tall forgot to measure the width of the bowl part, another little job to do,cheers,  Eric.
measured it,the bowl section is 13 3/4 ins at widest point, the base section is 8 ins at widest point.

Ta Da,finnished Project,6 coats of Teak oil,you can see how much its worped by the top edge being lower to one side, and its just under 19 inches tall now on the high side so lost  half an inch there and around an inch and a half on the low side, cheers,Eric.

The final shape is not to my liking, but there is no denying the effort or thought you've put into the production of this piece.

Hi Eric, a serious amount of effort has gone into the making of this and following the pictures has been quite interesting but I am afraid I am with George on this one as I too think it is ugly. Well done on your work ethic though. :D :D

Eric.
