I am looking for threaded rod that is threaded inside and out, does anyone know where I can get it? I tried googling but it just came up with ordinary threaded rod and that is not what I want. Many thanks.

Try an electrical wholesaler it's the sort of thing that's used for table lamps, I've seen it somewhere I'll take a look tomorrow when I'm in the office.
