Makes a lot of sense, H&S is there for a reason. Just one thought though, when I start the vacuum it blast ait out of the to, obvious reason why, the air it sucks in must come out again and when it does it starts its own little dust cloud. Does the vac in the video have a disposable bag? if not how do they empty it?
