Yew make me laugh LOL

...I'd answer that with 'I love yew', but I just know you'd take it wrongly......as our friends across the Atlantic would say, 'That last one's a bowl with a whole load of pucker factor!'

The 2nd one is definitely a bowl after me own heart. Not a huge fan of natural edged ones, don't know why, they just don't appeal to me for some reason. Again, just personal taste (or lack of it LOL)

Not sure why they don't appeal George, maybve because so many people do them, not always that well. Bowls with holes...now they have appeal. LOL

If we all liked the same think Pete it would be a boring old world. Quite honestly when everybody says how wonderful everything you make is you start to question whether they are being honest or throwing compliment's for the sake of it.

George I think you did very well to keep the rim on the 3rd bowl. Next to Boxwood Yew is my favourite timber so yes I like these.

Got ofered some box wood at the show last saturday but unfotuately couldn't get it Pity as it was from some guy who does hedging and it was 10" diameter, 14" long and had been cut about three years agoi and had only a small split.  :( Wrong place wrong time

Thank you John I have always found Boxwood rather bland.
