Andy, I love the Red, what have you used to get that vividness, it's inspiring. It really sits well against the texture work as well,

but...

...I think the texture work on the finial takes away, as it looses it's crispness. At the least the top tear-drop should have been left as a balance against the shiny rim.

I know, that's just my opinion, I hope I'm well argued against as it's a beautiful piece to look at.
