How do I return a product?

Before returning any products to us, please contact us first with your personal details and reasons for wanting to make a return.

Contact the Treasurer by email or phone to discuss the problem, the options open to you and how to proceed with the return.

When can I return a product?

You can return a product:

  • if the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will refund all costs
  • If you have received an incorrect item, we will refund all return costs.

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

If an item is missing form your order, please contact the Treasurer by email or phone.

What if I change my mind?

Membership subscription:  If you change your mind about a subscription within 10 days of applying we will refund you money in full on receipt of your membership card.

AWGB Product: If you change your mind about a product we will refund your money in full providing the return is notified to us within 7 days of receipt and it is received by us in a saleable condition.  We will not refund your postage costs.

International Seminar Booking: If you change your mind about a seminar booking we will refund your deposit providing you notify us at least 4 months before the start of the seminar.  After that date deposits will not be refunded unless you can find another person to take your place..

Security & Safety

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We have chosen PayPal because it uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security.

PayPal also offer both customers and sellers dispute resolution procedures protection.
