I wasn't sure when I looked at the first few photos but the more you took us on a journey around it the more I liked it, it is well turned and finished I think it is a great piece

Francesco, WOW.. what an incredible piece and 1st post, it looked as being the normal Hollow from, till you see the flat in the side, the inside shot shows light through the thin wall crack, you had to carve this out !!!!

A beautiful form and finish given the unusual shape of the log.

Hi Francè,

Nice to see you've found us in the AWGB Woodturning Forum.

I like the way you've cut back around the growth ring line, I can well understand the number of shirts you went through working this piece.
