Headstock tread adaptor

I’ve been trying to find a headstock thread adaptor with a 3/4 x 16TPI female thread to a 20mm x 1.5 TPI male thread. I’ve had no luck unfortunately. Does anyone out there know of any possible suppliers?

Metric threads are not measured in teeth per inch (1.5tpi) do you mean 20mm fine thread which has a 1.5mm pitch?  Describing it as M20x1.5 may help the search, however I suspect you may need to get one made.

Oops! It is 1.5mm pitch.
I have made an extensive search but have had no luck. As you say I might need to get one made.

What lathe is it for? I ask as I saw a post on Facebook a while back by a guy who has made a few adapters for one of the budget lathes sold by the likes of MachineMart.

It is for a Record DML24x.
