An experiment in a cast in place and then projecting pewter ring. Not 100% but perhaps interesting. Bowl lignum vitae (after a very helpful discussion here), stem walnut. Not very large (150mm high) but OK for a wine glass. Stem waxed, bowl of course needs no finish.
