Nova G4 chuck insert

Hi all,
I wonder please can someone help me out on this one.
I have just changed my lathe which has a M33 x 3.5 spindle thread and my nova G3 chuck needs an insert to match. The old lathe had a 1 inch 8tpi with an insert to suit.
I dont seem to be able to find the inset I need with a M33 x 3.5

If anyone could help me out I'd be really greatful.

It looks like they don’t make an M33 x 3.5 insert for the G3 so Tim’s suggestion may be your only option.

Hello Bill and Tim and thank you for coming up with that nice little find from styles and bates. I will get one of those, saves me having to sell my current chuck buying a new one. Chuffed to bits...

May I also just check with you both, I also have 2 RP SC4s. Would I be right to say that the thread on these is  38mm x 2.0 just so I know I'm getting the right inserts for them.

I wouldn’t know what the thread for the insert is. Try contacting Record Power, they’re normally very helpful.

You have help me out dindi g the parts i need and saved me a bit of money. Now I have the thread adapters and inserts ordered for my 4 chucks I no longer have to sell 2 of them and repurchase new ones.

I'll soon be turning on my new lathe making shapes. 😀
