Before I contemplate making my own, do any other manufacturers make these to fit Nova/Sorby/Charnwood/Record Power Chucks?

Are you sure they aren’t remounting (Cole) jaws? I only need 100  - 125mm dia and obviously don’t need tapped but countersink holes.
