Sometimes I turn something which is simple and unremarkable but which I find quite beautiful because of the wood. Here is a hollow form in ash which turned out nicely enough for me to want to share. It's around 25cm high by 22cm diameter.

Hi Percy,
Like the simpleness of this. The grain has aligned perfectly for you as well, to make a pretty form.

Very pleasing use of the grain! I have carefully selected wood pieces to get the best grain orientation for effect.
