Anybody having difficuilty with Yorkshire Grit direct palce order 2 weeks ago taken money not had delivery and no response to e-mails (2)

Maybe it’s down to a shortage of materials?
Having said that I bought some supplies to make my own a while back without any bother.

Hi Michael, I have just spoken to Glyn of Yorkshire Grit, he asked me to pass on his apologies for missing the order, it will be sent tomorrow.

Glyn is a personal friend, so I could contact him directly. I do know that there have been problems with the website, though have no information on your particular order / emails.

Strange did get order acknowledgement together with an order ref , today received from pay pal my order will be delivered via Royal Mail on Wednesday ...so let hope so, you might let your friend know .  Thanks again   Mike

Arrived ok but no packing note, invoice,etc  doubt will be using them again . but at least the tubs arrived for wich I than you.

To be honest I always buy mine from Yandles, as they are my local tool shop, and I believe a few pennies from me may help keep them open. But I am glad you now have your grit, pleased I could help resolve the problem.
