Marital bliss
« on: December 12, 2020, 06:52:35 PM »
Mo belongs to a group called 'Women in Turring'  and they do a swap of thngs they have made at this time of year. Mo recieved a little bird house with a perch and asked me to make a bird to go on it. I made the body Ok then doing the head had to drill a 1mm hole in it to pin it to the body. Oops gone right through. 2nd attempt went well then cutting it off it fell into the shavings.....no chance of recovery. 3rd attempt more careful and managed to finish the head and fit it to the body. It is apparantly the perfect size according to SWMBO. As the saying goes 'Happy wife, happy life.
P.S Done with a 1" skew  ;D ;D

Thanks Bryan, fortunately it was a good match size wise so she just needs to fix it to the bird house. I'll leave that up to her LOL
