Anyone know where I can buy some Bud Vase glass tubes please ?

Turners Retreat sell them in various sizes.

You may be able to get blood or test tubes from a chemist.

Look for Glass Tubes on Ebay - loads of different ones.

I use test tubes if I do these. You can get all sorts of sizes. Do a quick google online.

I use test tubes from Ebay, and these are plastic and have stoppers and you can put those tiny things in that you dont want to losse1

I buy mine in bulk (boxes of 100) from a company that provides equipment for school labs.

Plastic ones deteriorate in time going opaque and look cheap. Better to go for the glass ones.
