Double/triple helix candlestick 2

A tidy version of this one taking comments into account!

Shown with & without the plastic helical tube core (which can be illuminated by an LED tealight in the base).

The former picture also shows a disaster which happened when I demoed this to our club (as it will!).  I used a jam chuck to connect the piece to a square-ended mount fitted into the router-crafter, which needs a square end.  This worked fine when turning the piece but had become loose a few days later when I was demoing and the router then rotated the piece.  (I had another demo) but the solution used afterwards for the candlestick shown here is simple and might be more generally useful instead of the traditional glue and newspaper.  I used a 'glue gun' - that is meltable glue - just around the joint to fix the piece to the square-ended mount (as well as the jam chuck - see pic of assembly on lathe).  This held fine and is quite easy to separate after machining using a heat blower like a hair drier.
