Three bowls
« on: November 22, 2019, 05:04:14 PM »
Not being able to get much turning done due to other projects and things I decided to get into the workshop for a good days turning for a quick break from them other buts.

Managed to produce two Ash bowls one with some nice ripple and a old knot hole as well as a spalted Beech bowl.

First the plain Ash bowl 9" X 2 1/2"

SecondSpalted beech bowl 7" X 2 1/4"

I like the shape of all three bowls. I also like the rim detail on the first two, it is enough to add interest without being fussy. The third bowl, having lots of interesting figure looks good with the plain rim. Very nice :)
