triforce salad bowl

as asked by my niece to build a salad bowl for her husband for xmas, He is a fan of a game called The legend Zelda which is connected to this design. Woods are walnut maple and african blackwood. It is 13" in diameter and 5-3/4 high. finish is Claphams salad bowl finish
i cannot believe I finished before Dec 24th

I know little or nothing of Triforce or Zelda, but I do know that I like that bowl. Segmented work rarely floats my boat, but this one most certainly does.

We do slightly know Zelda - but this is a lovely bowl whether one does or not!

Absolutely stunning !!! nuff said as I cannot add any other words. I'm sure it will go down well at Christmas and will be cherished for years to come.

As a segmented that looks excellent to me. Good design well done. I am sure it will go down well at Christmas.

Speaking as someone who doesn't do and isn't overly keen on segmented work.....I like this a lot despite not having a clue what the references are about LOL.
