A Couple of days ago it was my birthday while sitting and spending the day with my good lady a knock on the door and this little lot turned up on a trailer two logs of wood but they were just too heavy to move into my back garden so the gentleman who brought them got a chainsaw out of his landrover and a quick few cuts to manageable sizes they were quickly moved into the position they are now.
So one very nice present one is holly and the other yew. The slabs they are stood on are 18" square to give an idea of size behind these are some smaller logs from a previous visit from this gentleman see last photo ruler on the top of one is 12"
After taking the photo the ends were sealed which will help until I can convert them in a few days as I need to finish a project first as priority as one of my family is coming down from Cirencester which we call the Christmas run save on all the postage problem
