Joining to quit
« on: July 14, 2018, 02:33:21 PM »
Hi ,

After a long time just visiting and just reading posts I have finally decided to join !

Unfortunately it's because I've reached the end of a long road and I am giving up woodworking and turning, everything must go except a few hand tools.

Could someone please let me know if it's ok to join and post things for sale immediately and also if its ok to ask advice on prices etc.

This is not something that I want to do by choice but needs must.

Dave

Ask away and post your items.

please give us a clue to roughly where you live and make sure you can be contacted via the Private Message part of this forum, please do not post your address or phone number publicly though.

Dave sorry you are giving up.I am sure there is nothing in the rules against what you propose but I am sure if you wait a bit someone with more autority than me will be able to put you right on your request. Good luck!

Thanks for the info.

Sad to be stopping but it's time for a complete change.

Still have a few pictures to remind me of what I used to be able to do  ;D

Hi Dave,
You don't have to make a certain number of posts before using the for sale board.

That's lovely!

I've joined to get some goodies so I can set up a workshop, so fire away!
