Suibjective stock
« on: February 21, 2018, 06:06:07 PM »
Sounds a bit grand LOL. What I mean is, when we do shows we try and have stock that is suitable for them. We are doing three shows at RHS sites this year so I am making up ikebana vases with them in mind. I researched different styles and as I make them Mo dreses them with dried flowers to give people an idea what they can look like. Here are a few I have done so far. C&C welcome as always.

Thanks Les. Got some rustic ones as well which Mo has to 'dress' for photographs. They are great for using up smaller bits of wood and fun to try and get the dimensions right as often they look odd without flwers when ylou are making them so you have to try and visualise what the end result will be like. researching them was an eye opener as there are so many different styles of ikebana using different types lol .

Pete,

I see you are skiving off and letting Mo do all the hard work again.

Tell her they look great.

Certainly fit for the event which hopefully will bring sales. All of them are well presented and will make a very fine display
