Sanding Sealers

One more question about finishing
I have read couple of posts regarding finishes but still i couldn't find the answer for my question, hope you can help.
What is the difference in finish quality and durability between:
1. Chestnut Acrylic Sanding Sealer
2. Chestnut Cellulose Sanding Sealer
3. Liberon Spirit Based Sanding Sealer
I had seen the result of using a chestnut cellulose sanding sealer is great but actually it is not be available locally. So how the other two sanding sealer perform compared to the cellulose sealer.
And finally regarding the “Liberon Spirit Based Sanding Sealer” is it the same of “1 part shellac + 1 part alcohol + 1 part linseed oil” mix.
Regards.

I'm talking about the ones in the tins in liquid form rather than the spray cans (which are different)
Acrylic sanding sealer is water based so it will raise the grain.
Cellulose sanding sealer might need to be thinned a little with cellulose thinners. This one dries fast.
Spirit based sanding sealer is shellac based and dries a lot slower than the celluose sealer.

Your recipe for sanding sealer is probably not far off the commercial spirit based sanding sealer. The alcohol is probably methylated spirit.
