I was assuming that as a 6x3 bowl blank it would be 6x6x3. I guess if you wanted to make something 6x3x3 instead you could make two of them! Or if you wanted to make something 3x1x1 you could make 36 of them :-) Am I overcomplicating here? ;-)

As if you could  :)
The original challenge was to make something, anything, from a piece of wood 6x6x3, so you are dead right...... But this is a new challenge so the new challenger gets to make the rules.

I have learnt the first rule of woodturning.
The internal diameter should never exceed the external width.
Nor the internal depth, the external height.
Does that make me an expert now ?
