Last week I happened to be in Yeovil for work, and whilst walking down a side road to the town centre I noticed an Antiques emporium and in the window was a hollow form in yew which I made about 10 years ago !! it had gone quite dark as Yew does in time and was in excellent condition but is hardly an antique !!!! , to be fair the shop sells many items , curios ,collectables, bric a brac etc but I was still very surprised to see it !!! Also about 10 or so years ago whilst surveying powerlines , for work on the edge of Dartmoor , I had reason to call at a property to ascertain ownership of land, and a bowl I had made some time before was on a side table in the entrance lobby !! ... Has this sort of chance re-aquaintance happened to any one else ?......
