Title: oak money box
Post by: wider on July 02, 2020, 09:27:17 PM
I have been wanting to do this project for a long time. It is a turning that Tony Wilson did in his demoed and I will be demoing as well.it is the most famous red post box. It is being used as a turned in to a money box. Made from Oak and stained with intrinsic colour from Hampshire sheen. All comments welcome

Very nice like it.
Good way of using small sections of wood.

That is cute, I must admit, and a nice idea for a demo.

I love this, reminds me of the sort of money boxes that children used to be given when they opened a Post Office Savings Account.
