I have been wanting to do this project for a long time. It is a turning that Tony Wilson did in his demoed and I will be demoing as well.it is the most famous red post box. It is being used as a turned in to a money box. Made from Oak and stained with intrinsic colour from Hampshire sheen. All comments welcome

I love this, reminds me of the sort of money boxes that children used to be given when they opened a Post Office Savings Account.

Les the top is a tight push fit. possibly do the next one as a screw thread on it . thank you all for the comments.
