Title: another spiral Blackwood
Post by: hughie on October 22, 2019, 01:07:10 PM
I have been wanting add a twist to the open spirals. So this is what I came up with, it not quite right as to what I and in my minds eye so to speak.
Had some difficulties getting a clear shot of the twist, hence the up-side down shot

You are rather good at these aren't you Hughie lol. Also have a whole lot more patience than me to do them. Love the look of them, beggong to be touched.

Pete they are very effective too look at and sell well. But the not so hard to do once you get the hang of it. I reckon if you and I got together on the lathe you would be knocking this out fairly smartly. They appear more difficult than they really are.
