Post by: GBF on May 23, 2016, 08:07:26 AM
My brother Chris and I fitted a new Router lift to my Router table on Saturday but it was not as easy as expected  More info and pictures on my Blog if you are interested

Just read your blog George.  Job and a half and no mistake!  But it looks like it'll be well worth it.

Cheers Dave

Just had a browse of this on your blog, George....a very handy piece of equipment to have, I'm sure. I recently needed to fit a new Trend router (like the one on the right in one of your blog pictures) into a Trend router table, but none of the fixing holes lined up....why do manufacturers do things like that?

It is a very well engineered bit of kit not cheap at nearly £300  00 and for that money you would have expected Axminster to have made sure it fitted their Routers.
But overall I am well pleased with the result.
