You could try 'God Save The Queen' by the Sex Pistols but that may get some raised eye brows :) Personally I would sing it, as load as I could, one of the greatest songs ever.  :)

:D :D :D Thanks for the replies. I only ask as I have done a few demos now for the WI but always feel a bit odd when they all stand and sing and I am left sitting and trying to appear unaffected. I wonder if this is something that we should start introducing at woodturning clubs and meetings? ;D ;D ;D

 Hi John (BHT)
When you come to Demo at Burcot on 6th October would you like a rendition of Chariot's of Fire.  ;D ;D ;D

                                           Regards John

You are coming to Didcot soon. We could sing 'Turn Turn Turn' for you if you wish.  :)

....and if ever you make it to Mid Wales Woodturners we shall expect a rousing rendition of 'Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau'! :)

John, if Graham can't find that recording than we could have the old T Rex song 'Children of the Revolution(s)!

OK, let's have a bit of fun with this!
Fans of 'I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue' will enjoy this; songs or film titles suitable for an audience of Woodturners.

How about - Return to sender, or True Grit, maybe even Four Weedpots and a Funnel!

Dave

Yes, please welcome Mr & Mrs Ash and their daughter Olive, along with Mr & Mrs Gouge and their very thin daughter Spindle or even Master Tingtool and his father Pa Tingtool.

I don't think Margaret Thatcher would approve of any of this.

Would you please welcome Mrs Binia and her husband Rob and also Mr & Mrs Hole and their son Pilot who has flown in from abroad.

As for the music we have Duelling Banjos and the Johnny Nash favourite, I can see clearly now the grain has gone.
