I was in the states last year and a friend was saying they are not allowed to move ash from one state to another. This was a big problem for him as he owned a woodland that supplied his heating and it is in Cincinnati and he lives in Indiana even though there was only five miles between them.  I was envious of his woodland as it was walnut, ash, cherry and white oak

I suggest we turn as many Ash trees as we can before they all run out. :D
 Seriously though we do need to keep an eye out for the first signs and report it asap so that steps can be taken  quickly to stop the spread, my feelings are once we have seen it it will be too late.
