Title: Cedar of Lebanon

14 " Cedar of Lebanon beautiful figuring.
This came from a Private Estate in Devon it was cut down about a year ago and roughed out soon after .
The second pic is the wood roughed out
Myself and three mates were given the opportunity to help ourselves to wood that had been cut down.
There was Yew,Turkey Oak Holm Oak and Cedar of Lebanon.

Cedar is quite lovely, not the easiest to get a high polish on but almost always beautiful, Looks to me like you have a few bowls to make George  ;D

I probably have at least 5 or 6 hundred roughed out at any one time.It used to be more but I am trying to cut back LOL

Very nice bowl George. like you, I have a few roughed out bowls but unlike you not that many.
