12 1/2"x3" bowl with silver embellishing wax on the rim finished with high gloss wax finish.
all comments welcome.

Very nice, I like the beads on the rim. I can’t help thinking though that it would look good if it had a similar size bead as a foot, the present one looks a bit big.

Nice work. Love the rim detail, especially the crisp line of the inner 'step' :)

Nice and very pleasing.
I like that the chucking points are just incorporated in the design.

Nice clean looking bowl but why did you leave the centre point in the base. Just lets it down a tad.

Nice bowl, nice effect, only turners would notice the base is not 100% ;) One observation I would make is if the step between the inside bead and the bowl was just cut back to remove the embellishing wax on that one small area I think it would have quite a dramatic effect on the whole.

I like the top a good design and the silver wax gives it 'just enough' visual interest. The underside I'm a little less enthusiastic about, a nice sweeping ogee shape would have worked and not given the bowl/applied rim effect.
Having said that it is not my work so I must appreciate the level of effort you've put into the design and the excellent work you've done with finishing it.

thank you all for your comments. I will take on board what you have all said about this bowl and incorporate it in the next one I do like this. I like the idea of the foot the way you are saying to do.
