Hi all,
what do you think I want to show you or tell you by this object ?
What is your imagination if you have a look on this object ?
Surely I have my own title for that, but I want to check if I have
made the right design to be aware of the title.
My own title exists of one word.
Thanks for your participation and your help.
Cheers Jo

Hello Jo
My first thoughts were of a sightless eyeball in a basket and in some respects quite horrific as the eye is damaged beyond repair.
That all sounds a bit gruesome and I then though of a broken egg.
It is a striking piece but in some ways tragic.
perhaps "Tragedy"?

Hi Dave,
thanks for the answer.
It is not an egg, it is a sphare. And think about the sphare is a symbol as the inside of
the external shape of this object. The external shape is also very important to have
a look on it.
Thanks and I await further answers.

Hi Jo,
How about "Hatched" As egg in a nest.

Hi Jo, I think "Cobra" It reminds me of a Cobra snake curled up with the head ready to strike.Nice work Regards John

Hi Joe, another of your stunning cut-away forms.
Because the charring on the sphere is (as far as I can see) perfectly circular, I see it as the effect of a lightning strike. Where the lighting hit, burnt and charred the wood then extinguished all very fast. Leaving the damage only in the area of effect, nothing inside the sphere and very little beyond the point of the strike.
I don't know why but I see it as a disturbing yet captivating object, very visceral, torn open and exposed, in a primitive way.

Hi Jo,
I see the sphere as being an injured offspring of the bowl, so I would call it "Nurture".

Hi
A very interesting and well executed piece of work. My first thoiught was an eyeball in a socket - albeit the socket is deformed in some way. How about "cyclops"?

Hi all,
thanks for your interpretations of my object. Very interesting and may be inspiring for
new objects, also for your own objects.
Let's have a look on the exterior shape. I use such shapes to describe two emotions of
people: the protective and the broken-hearted emotion. In this case the broken-hearted.
In Germany less people must work more and more in here job, no time to relaxe, no time to
reactivate. More and more they get this new desease of here core. And the core is symbolised
by the sphere. The sphere is a very old symbol for the core. And as you can see the sphere is
burned from inwards. Now I think all know the title "Burnout".
What do you think now about my interpretation.
Don' hesitate to remark improvements or negations.
Thanks
Jo
