Title: Rippled Ash pierced dish.
Post by: Roger Groom on August 16, 2020, 08:03:43 PM
This is a pierced rippled ash dish.  The centre is in Elm and the foot is in Yew but has been pyroed. The result of getting a bit too thin near the middle. So a rescue job. The finish is sanding sealer and several coats of acrylic car lacquer. Feel free to comment or not.

Lovely decorative piece. The perforations look crisp too :)

That looks so fragile, congratulations on not breaking any of the piercings.

One, I think, for posterity.
