I have a Woodcut Bowlsaver ready to use. The instructions mention two templates, both u shape and different sizes. They also mention using calliper but not what to measure. Has anybody got a paper copy of the templates they could email to me, or advice on what to measure with the calliper?thanks. Malcolm.

I also have one of these but I don't have the paper templates. I just measure the depth of the bowl to be cored, decide how deep I want the core to go and set the centre of the bowl saver with a ruler.
i.e. radius of cutter arc - depth to be cored = the distance between the centre of the pivot bolt and the front of the bowl

I don't think there are proper templates I made my own

Hi Malcolm
I have a woodcut bowlsaver and find it really good, I will have a look for a couple of spare templates if you would like them, they are paper which I attached to some oak face ply and cut them out.
Kindest Regards

Hi Ryan. Thanks for the reply. That would be great, but easier if you have acces to a scanner, is to scan them and I hen email me the copies.
