large size turning squares available in African woods are available from a source i know so if anyone is interested then please let me know.


important note
VAT will be added to the final total. i was not made aware of this at the time of listing.

sizes are as follows,

Utile 3"x 3"x 4' or longer  currently as boards.   £30ft   20+

there is also,

African grown teak 1+2" £60ft3
Anigre 1" boards £30ft3
Koto 1" boards  £30ft3

prices for following timbers are per linear foot.

African mahogany 4"x 4"x 48"  £4.00  50+
African mahogany 5"x 5"x 26"  £6.00   100+

Edinam 5"x 5"x 96"  £6.00 20+
Edinam 6"x 6"x 96"  £8.00 20+

black limba 6"x 6"x 72"   £9.00   50+
black limba 7"x 7"x 72"  £12.00   50+

prices per linear foot.


can be used for vase blanks, table legs, goblets, spheres, boxes or anything else you can think of.


i'm at J7 of the M4.

I might be keen for some of the black limba, but location and price would be useful if possible.

looks like i'm going to collect lots of timber next friday the 11th.

if anyone still want's timber from the list above please put in an order by Wednesday next week.

collection was postponed last week so this coming friday i'm going to get some.

well i went there on friday and bought loads of stuff back. mostly squares of timber.

there are some african mahogany 4"sq 16" long.

then there are varying sized bits from 4" up to 6"sq in african mahogany.

some of the 4"sq x 48" long and black limba in 7"sq 72" long.

there are lots of square african mahogany blanks perfect for vases or goblets.
