The nearest I can find is this from Turners Retreat https://www.turners-retreat.co.uk/spindle-adapter-34-x16-1-x-8/p2691 which converts 3/4" 16 tpi female to male 1" 8tpi.  They also do another adapter https://www.turners-retreat.co.uk/adapter-1-x-8-female-to-1-14-x-8-male/p1048 which will screw on to the male 1" 8tpi and will give you your male  1 1/4" 8tpi

That may possibly help?

Tim

Probably easier to get a piece of 1 1/4 x 8 all thread and give that to an engineering shop to tap it with your 3/4 x 16 thread. That's what I did when I wanted a 1 1/4 x 8 with male thread and MT2 on the end.

David, I would suggest looking at the headstock again, have you got an adaptor already jammed on it.

Or is it that you have a 1¼ x 8 chuck and want to fit it to a ¾ x 16 headstock, so you don't have to buy a new chuck?
Oh Lord, Lead me not into temptation…

...Oh who am I kidding, follow me, I know a shortcut!
