Couple more pieces
« on: April 18, 2020, 02:01:02 PM »
First one that is mostly down to Mo. A simple hollow form which she has decorated s a koi pond with fountain. The glass ball at the top has flecks which show up in the light but not in photogrphs.
Second is probably apple, a burr that has really lovely texture as seen and is extremely tactile.
C&C welcome as always.

Of course I've seen these elsewhere so I'll just say that your collaboration work with Mo really makes your work amazingly different.

Thank you Bryan. Not just the decorative workshe does but also having someone to bounce ideas off and share inspiration with. Every turner could do with a MO LOL.

Have to agree full marks to Mo, that is really a bit special. but I really like the second piece as well, possibly even more.

Yes, lovely work from Mo ! I really like the way the koi wrap themselves around the curve of the woodturning. Well done both.

The artwork is, as ever, top class and the use of an oversized marble as a stopper is a great idea ( I might use that, if I may)
