Some of them look like old files! There isn’t a barge pole long enough that I wouldn’t touch them with.

To be fair the lathe is probably worth more than £25. Looks more useful (with a little fettling) than many cheap lathes from the likes of Aldi/Lidl/Clarke etc.
Tools are pretty much junk and risky.
