christmas decoration

well the first decoration of the year. this is made on a pen mandrill using the 10mm bushings. the decoration is 8x2"in size.

it is a acrylic blank similar to the pen blanks.

First decoration made by 1st Sept, blimey, SWMBO has not got the sprouts on yet!

An interesting idea, I make wooden icicles, sometimes with a hollowed wooden ball and sometimes with applied colour but nothing quite like this.

How does it hang, no not quite the right question, eh, is it heavy, will it pull down on a Christmas tree branch, or is it not designed to hang on a tree, but elsewhere.
