Few more bits for stock
« on: May 08, 2016, 05:14:58 PM »
Another three pieces for the stock shelves, They are: Burr oak hollow form with silk cord and 'dangly bits (must find the proper term LOL) on slate base with a naturally formed 'tree' and copper leaves ; Cherry hollow form on slate base with a naturally formed stone dish with three small contrasting stones in it: Third one is a WIP and is an ebonised oak hollow form either with the red dried seed pod or the gilded dried seed pod. Not ure which yet and may end up with something completely different.

C&C wlecome as always.

You have been very busy Pete looking good  :)

It would be nice to see a picture of these pieces lay out at one of your shows.

All the best

Ed

Pete,

I do prefer the Chinese looking one in the first picture, you've done something like it before.

Not so struck on the overly tall finials, but you've made these before, so they sell and I must be wrong!

I have been a bit undecided about the finials I must admit Brian. May change them yet.

Thanks Ed. just realised I had accidently put the same image on twice so changed one.
