Many thanks for all your comments, I was reluctant to show images of my work on the forum as I think my work is just ok but George encouraged me. Maybe feedback at this embryonic stage is good.
I've viewed a few youtube videos, I find it goes in better that reading a book and Lyle Jamieson is one of the best (thank you Lazurus and Mark for your suggestion) as to being taught unsafe or bad habits by viewing such videos – well you've got to be stupid to not know whats right and wrong, safe or unsafe.
Believe me there are some really crap tutors out there and I should know I've had one to one instruction with a handful, just because someone can turn it doesn't mean they can teach . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . it really, really doesn't.
