Very nice Mark is it possible to see a picture from lower down as the foot looks to me like it might be a bit big.

That's a lovely, continuous curve that is very easy on the eye....and I'm with George on this; the foot looks as though it could have been a bit smaller, when it's too big it can detract from the flowing appearance of the curve.

There is not a lot wrong with that bowl, the edge thickness looks an absolutely even thickness which is not an easy thing to achieve at 4mm.

pat yourself on the back and say 'I'm pleased with that.'

Hi Mar
Nice looking bowl. Its not easy to achieve a continuous curve on this type of bowl and retain the natural edge and wall thickness - well done.

Ken

Many thanks for your kind comments.

Unfortunately it disappeared very shortly after turning, and no more pictures are available!

I do take on board the comments reference the foot, but it may have been the way i took the photo, it measured 5mm in height if i remember right.
Bearing in mind this was only my 3rd natural edge item I have turned, i was really pleased with it and so was the new owner!!

Thank you again for you kind words.

Mark

Be very pleased, that's one stunning and as winged difficult forms to carry off, can soon have movement and lose the even thickness. Well done.
