Parts now available including the Axminster bench which came with it and outrigger assembly.  Tail stock assembly has been scrapped.  I intend to keep the tool rests as these fit my new lathe.
I also have two back plates for Axminster chucks as well as a faceplate

Offers

Anyone interested will need to collect from suffolk.  May be able to deliver to parts of Essex

I think it was meant that the Axi 1628 and the Killinger were the same lathe.  Not the Jet.
I have had this conversation before. The Killinger is ( I am told by Axminster) made in China at the same factory that the Axi 1628 is made. They are not actually the same lathe though.

I have learnt the first rule of woodturning.
The internal diameter should never exceed the external width.
Nor the internal depth, the external height.
Does that make me an expert now ?
