Pete does this count as the wood fairy. A knock on the door and a friend says just finished a job and have a couple of off cuts.
Well after a few trips to his van I came away with this little pile.
All Sapele and there are 24 pieces 5 1/2" X 1 3/4" ranging from 9" up to 24" long and 4 pieces 7 1/2" X 1 3/4" from 12 1/2" to 20"
Now the question is what to make with them well that is for another day

Tooth fairy still active here. My friend is sorting his workshop out and as a furniture designer he has pallets of wood he needs to get rid of. walnut, oak, maple, couple more burrs, all about 6 years old so very dry. He also had a load of rosewood, African ebony lumps, box elder burrs, spalted burr, birds eye maple and some woods I've never heard of but didn't offer those LOL. With Dereks little lot looks like the fairy is having a busy time of it.
