ash pedistal bowl.

demo piece completed other than glue up. I decided that it needed a larger bowl to make this stand out. also decided to wax with black embellishing wax. It is 11x10 in size. all comments welcome. the 2nd photo is of the original bowl that was then changed to the larger bowl.

I really like the stem, nice bold curves and standout grain.
To be honest, not sure about the bowl. Perhaps a bit too deep?
Either way, I'd be proud to turn out something like that; even more so in a demo.

Very nice piece of work - but may I say, I prefer the proportions and shape of the original bowl. But that's just me  :)
