Ash Bowl

Thought I would have another go at a piece of turning found what appeared to be a plain piece of ash in the woodpile, pleased with what I found inside. Finished with sander sealer and then put on my buffing system, I did add a coat of woodwax22 on top of that.
C & C welcome

Derek,
looks like you've hit a branch crotch there, not sure if it's ripple or feather, but it is an interesting grain pattern.
It really lifts what is a simple shaped bowl into something far more decorative.
